Princess Kate gives Prince George important advice to help him prepare for future role

At just 10-years-old, Prince George is already shouldering a unique weight of expectations as a direct heir to the throne.‌

With Princess Kate though, the youngster is in good hands, as she is already prepping her son for a life of duty, lending a supportive hand for her eldest son.

The Princess of Wales was seen giving Prince George some helpful encouragement during a recent outing with the children.

The prince was seen wrapping presents with his sister Princess Charlotte and brother Prince Louis in adorable footage released this week, as they were captured on a visit to a baby bank in Windsor.

As part of the centre’s Christmas Pyjama appeal, the siblings were wrapping gift packs of clothes and toys for children less fortunate, with video taken by Will Warr, who has worked with the royals on a number of occasions.

In a heart-warming scene, Kate is seen putting an arm around Prince George, telling him: “You can see how rewarding this sort of work is, knowing you are helping others,” as he replies, “yeah”.

Princess Kate is then heard guiding her son George: “All these bags are donations, and then we have to go and sort them and put them in all the boxes”, she said.‌

The footage was posted on Kensington Royal social media accounts, with both Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis providing their own lighthearted moments.

Princess Charlotte is seen saying “oh la la”, as she helped pack the gift packages with toys, while the ever-cheeky Prince Louis is heard saying “this is a big guy”, as he picked up a King Kong toy as the children were writing gift tags.

Kate is no stranger to the Windsor Baby Bank – spotted helping out multiple times at the centre, set up by two mothers to support parents with young children on the breadline.

The charity has provided support for over 24,000 families in the Berkshire and Buckinghamshire areas since it was founded in 2015.
