Princess Kate almost lost for words after cheeky warning while playing rugby

Kate, the Princess of Wales was almost lost for words after she was given a cheeky warning during a rugby-focused visit.

Kate, who is known for her love of rugby, always throws herself into challenges on royal visits, with this engagement being no different.

During a visit to a training session in Twickenham last year, Kate was given the opportunity to show off her rugby abilities.

The royal was given a cheeky warning from one of her fellow players, just as she was hoisted into the air.

One of the players appeared embarrassed as she told Kate she would place her hands on her bum as she lifted her.

Following Harry and Meghan Markle’s decision to step down as senior working royals, the 39-year-old was forced to give them up.

Kate has attended several international matches, even attending one in France last month.

In September, the Prince and Princess of Wales travelled to France, with Kate attending the opening match between England and Argentina in Marseille.

Speaking of her sporting abilities, Majesty Magazine’s editor-in-chief Ingrid Seward said that it’s not only rugby that Kate is a fan of.

She said: “By the time she left school, she could do practically any sport there was.

“She’s very athletic – much more than William.”

Kate could replicate these same skills later today, with a visit to Hull to take part in a Rugby League Inclusivity Day hosted by the Rugby Football League, Hull FC and the University of Hull.
