Princess Beatrice rewears dress from 2012 at fabulous London event – 'works well for me'

Princess Beatrice looked fabulous as usual attending the inauguration of The OWO, Whitehall.

Hospitality company Accor described it as a “place to drink and dine, celebrate, be entertained, rest and recharge, stay or choose to call ‘home’”.

For the London event, Beatrice wore a Lily Pelham Dress from the fall/winter 2012 collection by Erdem.

The silk-crepe dress was predominantly black with splashes of blue, white, red and cream.

It boasted a round neck with half sleeves. The fitted top coupled with fuller skirt accentuated her tiny waist and gave the illusion of an hourglass figure.

The Princess paired this pretty number with her Romy 100 Black Suede Pumps by Jimmy Choo, which she has been spotted in before.

Beatrice draped a chic black blazer over her shoulders. It appeared to be an oversized design.

She either went sans tights or wore nude ones, in keeping with royal protocol.

Princess Beatrice wore her enviable autumn hair down, cascading straight over her shoulders.

She went minimal with makeup, just a flawless foundation, blusher, a touch of black eyeliner and nude-pink shimmery lips.

Edoardo looked dapper next to his wife in a navy suit that complemented the blue in Beatrice’s dress.

Royal fans loved the Princess’ latest look. On Instagram, @marcelobosia commented: “She looks beautiful!” @thedon884 added: “Loving this look!” @jasfin commented: “I’ve always loved this dress.”

Princess Beatrice wore this dress over a decade ago at the 2012 British Fashion Awards, where she revealed her love for the designer.

She said: “I’m wearing Erdem. What I love about him is that he designs really well, he designs really well for women and he uses lace and very feminine cuts. It works well for me.”
