Princess Anne 'knew Meghan Markle had short shelf-life' moments after meeting

Princess Anne always knew that “Meghan would have a very short shelf-life” within the Royal Family, claims an expert.

Neil Sean claims Anne told Meghan Markle to view being a royal as a job rather than being a celebrity and thought that Meghan would not fit in well.

An insider supposedly told him that Meghan “left the meeting dumbfounded” stating: “According to a very good source Meghan Markle failed to warm to Princess Anne.

“Princess Anne always knew that Meghan would have a very short shelf-life in the world of the British monarchy.”

Speaking on his YouTube channel, Mr Sean said: “This senior royal takes no nonsense, much like her father the late Duke of Edinburgh.

“Apparently, when Meghan Markle joined the Royal Family, she sought out Princess Anne. According to a very good source, Princess Anne gave very sage advice to the new royal.”

Mr Sean continued: “Princess Anne reiterated this mantra, she pointed out that it wasn’t a working monarchy, it was a job, you turn up on time, you do your research, and do the duty.

“It’s all about the project at hand. She also pointed out that whatever charities you are involved in, you needed to get involved and get immersed.”

The royal expert believes that the Duchess of Sussex did not take this on board, not getting “too involved” when she was a patron of the National Theatre.

This is stark compared to the “hardest working Royal” Anne, who last year topped the list for most engagements in the family at 214 and is the patron or president of over 300 organisations.

During the King’s coronation, she was made his “official bodyguard” as thanks for her years of service.
