Prince William’s secret pub trip with Carole Middleton amid Kate’s cancer treatment

Known to be close to his in-laws, Prince William popped in for a cheeky visit to the pub with his mother-in-law, Carole Middleton at the weekend in north Norfolk.

Prince William, Princess Kate, and their three children, have been spending the school Easter holidays at their home in Norfolk. Their trip to the countryside comes as Kate is continuing with her cancer treatment, following her heartfelt diagnosis earlier this year.

It is believed William’s mother-in-law is staying with the family. According to the Daily Mail’s Dairy editor, Richard Eden, the Prince of Wales was spotted relaxing at the weekend with Carole.

He writes in his Daily Mail column: “I’m told he popped into a pub in North Norfolk at the weekend with his mother-in-law, who is said to have been staying with the Prince and Princess of Wales for Easter.”

A patron explained the visit was very “low-key”. They added: “He just walked in and through the pub. He appeared to be with Carole Middleton.’
