Prince William sent an emotional message to the public this evening during an appearance at a dinner following his father King Charles’s cancer diagnosis.
According to the Daily Mail’s Rebecca English, when asked about his father’s condition, he replied: “We really appreciate everyone’s kindness.”
The Prince of Wales was a guest of honour at the London Air Ambulance gala dinner as he reported for duty, shortly following King Charles’s cancer diagnosis.
The event, held at a central London hotel, had the aim of raising funds for the London Air Ambulance, which Prince William has supported for about four years.
Prince William began the evening by meeting former patients and supporters of the charity.
