Prince Harry's return to Royal Family dubbed 'significant' as Meghan Markle shifts 'focus'

Prince Harry’s potential return to the royal fold branded “more significant” than Meghan Markle’s, who is shifting her “focus” to other areas, one royal commentator claims.

Host of the To Di For Daily podcast Kinsey Schofield spoke to GB News America about Harry’s growing sense of isolation, attributing it to a lack of opportunities outside the realm of royal life.

She noted that Meghan’s priorities differ, as she remains focused on securing a future for herself and her family.

While Harry is eager to “mend fences” and reconcile with the Royal Family, Schofield painted a picture of his struggles with the inability to reach out to his brother, Prince William.

She said: “I feel like it’s significant to Prince Harry and less significant to Meghan Markle.”

Elaborating on Meghan’s perspective, Schofield asserted that the Duchess is preoccupied with securing her livelihood and family, expressing doubt that the Royal Family would extend the olive branch she seeks.

The commentator pointed to Meghan’s fixation on the past, citing an example from Omid Scobie’s book Endgame where she writes a letter to King Charles, revealing her concerns about not receiving special treatment.

Schofield said: “She doesn’t think she will get what she wants or needs, so her focus is on how she will handle things going forward.”

The royal comeback holds more weight for Harry due to his contrasting personality with Meghan on this matter, Schofield argued.

“It’s Prince Harry that is wanting to mend fences,” she said, underscoring the limited support Harry has from the few who understand the challenges he faces, now that they are no longer part of his life.

This development follows the couple’s apparent olive branch to the monarchy in November, where both Harry and Meghan engaged in conversations with King Charles for his 75th birthday.

Despite sparking rumors of spending Christmas at Sandringham with the royals, the festivities unfolded with an expanded guest list that included Queen Camilla’s children, leaving Harry and Meghan notably absent.
