Prince Harry spotted in women's sunglasses on shopping trip while Meghan at concert

Prince Harry donned women’s sunglasses in Tokyo last night during a shopping trip with friend and polo player Nacho Figueras.

Nacho took to Instagram to say that they were “shopping for our wives” in a cheeky post that saw the pair striking a pouty pose and crossing their arms.

While her husband was out galavanting in central Tokyo, Meghan Markle was seen on a girls’ night out at a Taylor Swift concert in LA.

Her appearance at the gig raised a few eyebrows, as the popstar reportedly swerved the Duchess’ invitation to appear on her now cancelled Archetypes podcast.

The former Suits star was accompanied at the SoFi Stadium by her British best pal, Lucy Fraser.

Back in Tokyo, Harry and Nacho were spotted in a Itoya Top Drawer store in the centre of the Japanese capital, sampling Kolo glasses which fetch £137.

Responding to Nacho’s Instagram post, one commenter said: “Happy wives, happy lives!”

It was reported by Page Six that the 38-year-old Prince is in Japan to attend speaking events.

After touching down in east Asia, he told an audience he would “happily live here if you’d have me”.

The LA-based royal lavished praise on the “warmth, compassion and generosity” of the Japanese people at a summit organised by the International Sports Promotion Society (ISPS) on Wednesday.

Both Harry and Nacho spoke at the event about their charity Sentebale, which helps children and young people impacted by HIV and AIDS in southern Africa.

However they now seemed to have let their hair down, venturing out on a shopping trip for their families.

The husbands were photographed strutting their stuff in aviator sunglasses, under the Instagram caption: “Shopping for our wives. A big thank you to Tokyo for your generous hospitality and kindness towards us. And of course, for your continued support of Sentebale!”

Darren Stanton, the body language expert, said Harry appeared “relaxed” on his own as he arrived in Japan on Tuesday.

Mr Stanton said: “As he arrived in Japan, Harry’s body posture appeared very relaxed and he clearly felt at ease in public.

“He was dressed laid back and it’s as if he could be any normal guy.”

Writing on behalf of Betfair, the expert added: “He also wasn’t closing anyone off and he didn’t look nervous or tense in the slightest, as we saw him attending the event on his own.

“Harry’s smiles with everyone were completely authentic and genuine.”
