Prince Harry could have 'had his moment' during Princess Kate and Charles health crisis

Prince Harry could have had “his moment” and been “very useful” after the latest health bombshells involving King Charles and the Princess of Wales.

On Wednesday, both Kensington Palace and Buckingham Palace separately announced that Princess Kate was admitted to the hospital for planned abdominal surgery, and King Charles is due for a prostate operation next week.

Concerns were raised over who would step in to help juggle the workload had the monarch not been able to and with the Prince and Princess of Wales absent.

Now a royal biographer said that the Duke of Sussex could have found his role within the monarchy throughout this difficult time.

Robert Jobson told True Royalty TV: “Since we’ve lost Meghan and Harry, and Andrew is no longer taking part as a working royal, the amount of duties [William and Catherine] are expected to carry out has increased.

“The workload on the King and Queen is high as well.

“So I think … they do need that back-up.

“And maybe Harry will be looking from the other side of the pond thinking that this would have been his moment, and he could have been very useful.”

It comes as another royal biographer claimed that the King will manage his operation just fine and urged for Harry to be removed from the Counsellors of State.

Marlene Koenig told Express.co.uk: “[King Charles] is healthy – he will be able to read the contents of the Red Boxes from his bed, talk to others, as well as the Prime Minister. He can meet with the PM virtually – Zoom or a telephone call.”

She added: “Harry should be an automatic removal from the Counsellors of State as he is no longer domiciled in the UK (and would be replaced by Eugenie).”
