Brown told LBC’s Andrew Marr that the brothers are “totally estranged”.
She added: “The longer Harry dwells on what happened in his life, the more he feels resentment against William.
“He feels, I think, that William was even more calculated, essentially, in making him the number two, making him the spare, and feel like the spare at all time.”
Brown added: “So there’s no contact between them, I’m told. I think Charles wants to have some kind of rapprochement.

The Duke of Sussex’s trip to the UK will be a very short visit – particularly as his son Archie’s birthday falls on the same day as the Coronation.
Harry’s wife Meghan will stay in the US with Archie and his little sister Lilibet, aged 22 months.
A royal source previously described Harry’s trip to the UK as a “fleeting visit”.
They added that “organisers have been told [that] Harry won’t be attending the concert with the rest of the Royal Family, which is a shame as it will be such a spectacular event.”
With less than a week to go until the big day, organisers are still reportedly being left in the dark about the Duke of Sussex’s plans for the coming weekend.
The Mail on Sunday reported that organisers are still unaware of when Harry will arrive, or if he is happy about where he is sitting in the Abbey.
