Prince Harry and Meghan Markle warned they're about to make another huge mistake

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are already off to a rough start this year after being branded the “biggest losers” in 2023, and experts believe this year will be another “failure” for them.

“The reported fallout with the Beckhams and the Golden Globes’ humorous jabs add layers to their public image, indicating the substantial work that lies ahead,” Mark Boardman, a royal commentator and the founder of MarkMeets.com, told The Royal Observer.

“Understanding how these dynamics may influence their personal and professional choices in 2024 promises to be a compelling discussion,” he adds.

Last summer, reports emerged that The Sussexes were facing a “freeze out” in Los Angeles, this was followed by the loss of their Spotify contract in June when rumours circulated there was trouble in the royal marriage.

The high-profile appearance of the couple at the 2023 Invictus Games seemed to ease tensions in Hollywood, but negative headlines resurfaced with the release of Omid Scobie’s “Endgame” in late November.

Branded as last year’s “biggest losers” by a major West Coast publication, speculation is rife about how The Duke and Duchess of Sussex can turn the tide.

“As we look into the next 12 months and how 2024 could shape up for The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, the couple are fraught with many crucial decisions with no way out if they choose to focus in a particular direction, and they have another failure on their hands,” Boardman observes.

Currently, Prince Harry and Meghan still remain bound by their Netflix deal worth $100 million, set to expire in 2025.

Additionally, The Duke of Sussex holds a profitable publishing deal, while the former “Suits” star continues her affiliation with talent agency WME, despite the absence of announced sponsored projects in almost a year since her signing.

However, when it comes to the British royal family and this year’s outlook with Prince Harry and Meghan, more of the same seems to be on the table.

The couple’s “family relations, especially with their parents, [are] possibly at the lowest point we’ve seen in a decade,” Boardman said.
