Prince Harry and Meghan Markle accused of 'networking' during secret Caribbean holiday

Speaking to Patrick Christys on his GB News show, she claimed the couple were using their holiday as part of attempts to network and make contacts.

The royal expert said: “It’s not a case of relaxing. It’s a case of seeing the billionaires, who can say ‘Here I am’.

“That’s the thing. Of course, it’s networking.”

During their Caribbean holiday, Harry and Meghan were spotted walking hand-in-hand and looked to be enjoying some quality down-time.

One picture, taken by a passer-by, showed the couple leaving a gourmet food store that is located in the Sandy Lane Yacht Club and Marina in Glossy Bay.

The onlooker said the couple were “affectionate” with one another, telling DailyMail.com: “They looked happy. As Harry walked out of the shop, he slightly bumped into one of the barrels [outside] and they both giggled and Meghan reached for his hand.

“They just looked very happy to be having a holiday together.”

On Monday, Harry and Meghan were snapped disembarking a plane in Atlanta, Georgia, flying back on a private flight after spending the weekend away.

Canouan, which is just three miles wide, is a tiny and remote island in the Caribbean archipelago nation of St Vincent and the Grenadines

It is often referred to as where “billionaires go to escape millionaires” and boasts gorgeous sandy beaches, as well as a handful of upscale resorts.
