She added: “There is clearly much work going on behind the scenes preparing for something.”
Late last year, Meghan Markle hinted at upcoming projects the couple could be working on. Speaking at a Variety event on the red carpet she said she wants to create “things that make people feel” as well as create “a sense of community”.
The Duchess added: “We have so many exciting things on the slate. I can’t wait until we can announce them, but I’m just really proud of what we’re creating. My husband is loving it too which is really fun.”
Daily Express US spoke to Even the Royals co-host Aricia Skidmore-Williams, who said: “It’s virtually impossible to know what Meghan and Harry may be working on unless we speak to them.”
Ms Skidmore-Williams suggested their silence in the New Year may be because the couple is simply spending time with family.
She added: “They’ve been very vocal about their children so whatever it is, I imagine it’s a safe bet that it’s something they’re hoping will be good for them and their family.”
