Prince Andrew has been warned to “forget” about his plot to overturn his £3million settlement with Virginia Giuffre. US lawyers appeared to reject the prospect of the Duke of York reopening his civil lawsuit. A top lawyer claimed Andrew can “forget it” and another added he should “just feel grateful that he is not in jail”.
Spencer Kuvin, another attorney representing victims of Epstein, added: “It is unbelievable.
“His chances of overturning a negotiated and agreed settlement are just about as likely as Epstein coming back to life.”
However, the Duke of York was reportedly prompted to act after Ms Giuffre dropped a defamation lawsuit against another man.
Ms Guiffre, who alleged Andrew sexually assaulted her when she was 17-years-old, recently admitted she “may have made a mistake” in identifying the other man.

Buckingham Palace said at the time: “With the Queen’s approval and agreement, the Duke of York’s military affiliations and royal patronages have been returned to the Queen.
“The Duke of York will continue not to undertake any public duties and is defending this case as a private citizen.”
