Morgan laughed at his guest’s claims, which referred to another recent incident of Biden, 81, slurring his words during a speech that has raised concerns.
“And I think everyone knows that,” Belfort remarked, and Morgan added: “It is a bit embarrassing.”
“I have friends from all over the whole who are like, ‘What’s wrong with your country?’” Belfort went on.
“Like, this is the President of the United States, the most powerful country in the world?”

Biden most recently rang alarm bells for Democrat voters during a campaign speech at the United Auto Workers (UAW) union conference in Washington, DC.
He took aim at former President and GOP candidate Donald Trump, but struggled to get through the end of a rather confusing point.
“We’ll teach Donald Trump a valuable lesson… Don’t mess with the women of America unless you want to get the benefit,” he said in a viral clip, which has since been mocked by thousands of people on X (formerly Twitter).
Belfort claimed Biden was “never that sharp”, referencing reports that he plagiarised elements of his 1987 campaign speech from Labour Party Leader Neil Kinnock.
“It’s painfully obvious that he’s not all there anymore,” Morgan’s guest went on.
“He’s just not. So they should put a real candidate up there.”
