Novak Djokovic's 43-match winning run in Australia ends in fiery loss to Alex de Minaur


Novak Djokovic suffered his first defeat on Australian soil in six years as Alex de Minaur downed the world No. 1 6-4 6-x at the United Cup. The 24-time Grand Slam champion was on an incredible 43-match winning streak Down Under with his last loss coming to Hyeon Chung in the fourth round of the 2018 Australian Open. Struggling with a wrist injury, he succumbed to the world No. 12 to put Australia ahead of Serbia in the quarter-final of the United Cup.
