AN employee at an NHS hospital has been charged with sexually assaulting a patient.
Healthcare assistant Jobin Jose, 40, is due to stand trial at Chelmsford Crown Court after being charged with one count of sexual assault at Broomfield Hospital in the Essex city.
Jose, from Chelmsford, is alleged to have sexually assaulted a woman who was at the hospital for a foot operation in May 2022.
He denied the offence at an earlier hearing and was released on conditional bail ahead of trial in April.
