A neighbourly dispute took a bizarre turn when a Florida woman allegedly “smeared” dog poop all over her 76-year-old neighbour’s face.
Kali Robertson, 28, was busted after a doggie bag found at the scene of the peculiar crime was matched to the ones in her possession.
Robertson had been walking her dog around her St. Petersburgh mobile home lot on Sunday when she caught up with 76-year-old neighbour Daniel Powell.
But their daily discussion soon erupted into an argument, according to a criminal complaint filed against the 28-year-old.
The Pinellas Park Police report stated that the man would “always speak with her while she walked her dog but he allegedly made remarks that made Robertson “upset”.

The woman allegedly grabbed an “unsecured bag of dog feces” and dragged it across the man’s face.
The report said: “The defendant became upset with the victim, who would always speak with her when she walked her dog.
“The defendant took an unsecured bag of dog feces and pushed it into the face of the victim leaving feces smeared on his face and the bag on the ground at the location.”
After dropping the doggie bag to the ground, she is then alleged to have walked off in a fury.
Robertson later admitted to the unprecedented crime after officers managed to march her doggie bags to the one left at the scene of the confrontation.
The 28-year-old has been charged with battery of a person over the age of 65, a third-degree felony.
She was released the day after the incident after posting a $2,500 bond.
Robertson has pleaded not guilty to the third-degree felony charge.
