The shooting comes as Red River hosts its 41st Red River Memorial Day Motorcycle Rally. The event was expected to bring around 28,000 bikers to Main Street.

It is not known if the shooting is related to the celebrations, local reports say. Reports also suggest the Holy Cross Hospital is currently under lockdown.

We will bring more on this incident as it becomes available.
