Moment furious skater takes swing at Just Stop Oil protesters after another day of chaos

A video shows the shocking moment when a furious skateboarder had enough of the chaos brought on by the Just Stop Oil (JSO) protest.

The enraged skater lashed out at the protesters in high-vis vests and sung his board at them on south London’s Blackfriars Bridge.

The incident occurred as the environmental group unleashed chaos during rush hour as they launched a series of “slow marches” in locations across the capital for the second day in a row.

The skateboarder, donning a burgundy cap and shorts paired with a patterned jumper, repeatedly attempted to strike the protesters.

In an attempt to mediate the situation, one protester tried to reason with the skateboarder, ang gestured for him to stop his aggressive actions.

After taking a few furious swings at them, he walked away.

However, after one of the protesters said “take a few deep breaths,” tensions escalated, leading to the skateboarder running back and even throwing a bag at the protester.

Today marks the second consecutive day of protests by the eco group in London, as they intensify their campaign to “paralyse London”.

The eco-protesters staged slow marches across various locations in the capital, reminiscent of yesterday’s widespread disruption caused by JSO, their largest protest to date.

During yesterday’s marches, around 200 demonstrators participated, advocating for the UK Government to cease issuing new oil and gas licences.

However, the protests led to significant disruptions, with 183 JSO members being cleared from the roads, and authorities arresting 21 campaigners.

Despite the mounting pressure from the eco-group, Rishi Sunak has taken a firm stance, declaring that he will not succumb to what he referred to as “eco zealots” attempting to disrupt the “British summer”.

As today’s demonstrations unfold, authorities are likely to remain vigilant to maintain public order and minimise potential disruptions to regular activities in the city.
