Michael Bublé's tear-jerking honour to King Charles during Meghan and Harry's send off

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were given a heartwarming send off by Michael Bublé on Friday night.

The couple attended a lavish gala dinner with 200 guests in Vancouver to wrap up their tour in preparation for the 2025 Winter Invictus Games.

Michael, 48, rewrote the lyrics to Frank Sinatra’s hit song My Way as he also paid tribute to King Charles and sent him “healing wishes” amid his cancer battle.

Shortly before a speech by the Duke, Michael performed a rewritten version of the song.

Ahead of the performance, he explained that he was happy to show both the Duke and his wife, Meghan, “how beautiful this place is,” referring to his home country of Canada.

The Canadian crooner sang, “Our healing wishes for your dad”, in a sweet gesture to the King, who was recently diagnosed with cancer.

In a nod to Harry, Michael sang the lyrics: “You’ve earned each day, the right to say, I did it my way,” and referred to the duke as a “visionary”.

The performance took place at the One Year to Go Dinner event at the Vancouver Convention Center, where Michael sang the track that was co-written with Paul Anka.
