Mia Tindall is pretty in pink as she steals the show with mum Zara at Cheltenham outing

Mia Tindall stole the show with her cute outfit and cheeky antics during an outing with her mum Zara at Cheltenham this week, while on her Easter break. The eldest daughter of Zara and her husband, former rugby player Mike Tindall, joined her mum for a series of meetings but still managed to find some fun on the occasion as she was snapped comically pulling on a door as she waited for her mum to walk into the building.

Mia’s pink coat and chunky brown boots with purple laces were a sensible but fun choice for the day out, whereas Zara looked chic in a belted navy-blue coat dress with matching trousers and heels.

She accessorised with a clutch bag in a lighter shade of the hue.

It was the first time any of the Tindall children have been seen out and about since the Easter Sunday service at St George’s Chapel in Windsor, where the whole family gathered together to celebrate the holiday.

Outside the church Zara wowed in a long fuchsia dress as she was accompanied by Mike, Mia and their younger daughter Lena, while their youngest Lucas stayed at home.

Mia’s dress was perfectly spring-like and not too formal, with floral patterns, a mid length and fluid cape sleeves, with her younger sister Lena also wearing a pretty flowery dress.

Their dad Mike spoke to HELLO! about the ‘mum guilt’ that his wife experiences when she has to go out and leave her children behind.

He said: “Her passion her compassion, her dedication I think they are the foundations of any great mother, it’s just born in.

“She punishes herself for going to work because she doesn’t want to leave them, I take my hat off to all women out there.”

He added how his daughters are taking after him, explaining: “Both Mia and Lena go to Minchinhampton rugby club on a Sunday and they are only nine and four so we’ve got to give them a bit of time before the pressure comes on but they love all sports and they play rugby as well.”

The Tindall’s youngest child Lucas is only two, however it seems likely he will be a sports fan as well.

Mike and Zara are both established sportspeople, with Mike playing rugby for England and Zara winning an Olympic silver medal as part of Great Britain’s equestrian team.

The couple first met when Mike was playing in the Rugby World Cup in Australia in 2003 and they married in 2011 in Edinburgh before going on to have three children together.

He opened up about their relationship in an appearance on Loose Women in 2021, saying: “When you have children, that is a massive shock, change to your system that you’ve never experienced and there is going to be those rocky roads.

“There are things that are thrown at you that have to test both of you and that will test that relationship.

“The thing is no one is right, no one is wrong. You have to work through it together.”
