The Met Office has issued an urgent yellow weather warning for thunderstorms as Britons experience adverse weather conditions.
The weather service extended the weather alert to last until 3pm this afternoon and included even more areas as thunder and vicious winds batter the country.
Areas affected inclue the East of England, London & South East England, and South West England.
