The Met Office has issued an urgent 24-hour thurnderstorm warning for millions of Britons for lightning and rain sweeping into the country this weekend.
The weather agency said a yellow warning would be in place from midnight until midnight on Sunday June 18 with “Heavy rain and thunderstorms on Sunday will bring a chance of disruption to parts of England and Wales.”
