The warning, which covers parts of the south east of England region comes alongside two separate weather alerts, states further heavy rain is expected at first this morning and will lead to some flooding and disruption.
The Met Office warned: “Delays and some cancellations to train and bus services are likely.
“Spray and flooding probably leading to difficult driving conditions and some road closures.
“Power cuts and loss of other services to some homes and businesses likely.
“Homes and businesses are likely to be flooded, causing damage to some buildings.”
