A weather warning has been issued as temperatures are expected to soar within hours.
The Met Office has warned of “indoor environments” could become “very warm” and said there is an “increased risk of mortality amongst vulnerable individuals”.
The organisation, which today issued a yellow weather warning, is expecting temperatures to reach the high 20s, causing “another widely warm, muggy night”.
