The Met Office has issued 82 flood warnings throughout the country amid high risk of rain and storm. The warning for today reads: “Heavy rain bringing the chance of some flooding and disruption.”
In terms of what to expect, the warning adds: “Flooding of a few homes and businesses is likely.”
It also says that bus and train services are likely to be disrupted alongside disruption to power supplies other supplies.
