The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning a a deluge of rain hits parts of the country.
Flood warnings have also been issued as heavy rain pounds north Wales and the north of England.
The yellow weather warning is in force until 9pm on Monday (August 14) with the Met Office warning of travel disruption and possible problems with infrastructure.
