Meghan Markle tipped to write her own tell-all memoir – and it will be 'money-spinner'

Meghan Markle has been tipped to follow in the footsteps of Prince Harry after a royal expert and author claimed she is “writing her memoirs and it will be a huge money-spinner.”

Prince Harry released his much-anticipated tell-all memoir Spare on January 10, 2023 – exactly four weeks after he and Meghan Markle starred in their own six-part documentary series on Netflix.

Spare quickly smashed sales records in the UK, US, and Canada on its first day of sale – despite being leaked five days early in Spain.

But Harry received a furious backlash for the memoir from many for making several more claims against the Royal Family – with the likes of King Charles III, Prince William, Princess Kate and Queen Camilla in the firing line.

Now royal expert Tom Bower, who penned ‘Revenge: Meghan and Harry and the war between the Windsors’, has suggested she may make a shock new career move.

He told GB News: “My view is that she is writing her memoirs and it will be a huge money-spinner.”

Prince Harry’s own memoir Spare was released at the start of this year and quickly became the fastest-selling non-fiction book of all time, 1.43million copies during its first day on sale in the UK, US, and Canada.

It smashed the record previously held by Barack Obama’s fourth book, A Promised Land, which sold 887,000 copies during its release day in 2020.

The former actress deactivated her personal Instagram account shortly after meeting Harry in the summer of 2016.

But seven years later, she has seemingly laid claim to the @meghan Instagram handle. No posts have been shared yet but despite this, the account already has nearly 130,000 followers – including close friend Mandana Dayani.
