Meghan Markle has been left feeling extremely “uncomfortable” over cruel nicknames given to her by the Royal Family, it has been claimed.
Royal author Omid Scobie wrote in his explosive book “Endgame,” that Meghan Markle was allegedly given unflattering nicknames by members of the Royal Family.
The four nicknames, including “Duchess Difficult,” “Me-gain,” “Narcissistic Sociopath,” and “Degree Wife,” raised concerns about the impact on Meghan’s confidence and the strained relationship with the Royals.
According to Scobie, the nickname “Degree Wife” was given by a senior Royal who skeptically predicted the duration of Meghan’s marriage to Prince Harry, comparing it to the length of a university degree.
In an interview with The Mirror, relationship expert Louella Alderson revealed her insights into the potential psychological toll of such nicknames on Meghan.

Alderson said: “It’s likely that Meghan felt hurt and disappointed if she was given such negative nicknames by members of the Royal Family. It would have been a difficult and uncomfortable situation for her to be in, knowing that she was spoken about in such a way.”
Alderson emphasised Meghan’s sensitivity to public perception. She said: “Meghan seems to care deeply about what others think of her,” and suggested that derogatory nicknames could have “undoubtedly affected her self-esteem and confidence.”
She urged a more constructive approach by the Royal Family, involving direct communication to address any concerns rather than resorting to name-calling.
Discussing the impact on Meghan’s relationship with the Royals, Alderson said: “Feeling disrespected and talked about in a negative light can create tension and animosity, which could have added to any pre-existing conflicts.”
While acknowledging that the nicknames may have contributed to the strained relationship, she also noted the complexity of the situation, highlighting other factors at play.
She said: “It’s important to note that there are clearly many other factors at play in their fractured relationship, and this is just one piece of the puzzle. So, while the nicknames may have added to the tension, they are probably a rounding error at this point.”
