Taking note of Meghan’s other ventures so far, including the couple’s highly-anticipated Netflix docuseries, the Duchess could go into further detail about her short time in the Royal Family.
Meghan has made it no secret that she was unhappy as a working royal, following her wedding to Prince Harry in May 2018.
As a result the couple made the decision to step away from royal duties less than two years later.
Despite fears over more attacks, Ms Ross has urged that Meghan could use the memoir to focus on “just Meghan”.
She said: “If she stuck to ‘just Meghan,’ rather than cashing in further on her Duchess of Sussex title, she might win some favour back from the public as well.”
Ms Ross said that, despite any risks, Meghan’s potential memoir could “be a huge commercial success”, adding that it could see a flux of people “dying of curiosity” who want to read it.
Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams also previously told Daily Express US that Meghan could generate “huge sales” if she chooses to write her own book.
Meghan and Harry’s popularity has taken a nosedive in recent years, seemingly beginning after their sit-down interview with Oprah Winfrey aired in March 2021.
Harry announced plans for his own memoir in July 2021, with it being released 18 months later.
The book allowed Harry to open up about his life as a royal, his time in the military and, more recently, becoming a husband and a father.
Meghan’s life has been eventful from her life as an actress to life in the Royal Family. Now a mother-of-two, Meghan lives in the US with Harry and their children, Prince Archie, four, and Princess Lilibet, two.
