Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are 'ignoring jealous critics' after Spotify deal ends

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are said to be “ignoring” their “jealous critics” after their Spotify deal came to an end after one series. According to a source, the couple are focusing on “building their brands” following the collapse of their £20 million deal with the streaming giant. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex signed the deal with Spotify in 2020 following their departure from the Royal Family.

Meghan and Harry said the decision to step down was “mutual”, but a top executive at the company branded them “f***ing grifters”.

But this has reportedly unfazed them, with one source claiming the couple just find it “mean”. They added: “People can call them money hungry and even ‘grifters’. Harry and Meghan think it’s all just jealous and mean people flinging stones.”

Meghan is said to be ignoring the comments as she “focuses on building her brands”.

“She’s interested in film and TV production, business and brand partnerships.

“Meghan’s going to be the queen of Hollywood before long, and she and Harry will be raking in millions. To hell with the critics is their attitude,” the source told RadarOnline.

Meghan and Harry seem to have an abundance of opportunities, with the Duke of Sussex reportedly getting ready to head to Africa for a new documentary with Netflix.

Harry is said to be going solo with his new project as part of the next phase in his £77million deal with the streaming service.

Meghan is also thought to be gearing up for a series of lucrative commercial endorsements.

According to the Daily Mail, these are said to expand a range of domains from food, wellness, fashion and therapy.

She is also said to be working on a book with a strong feminist perspective.
