Meghan Markle has “got to make money” through sales of her new American Riviera Orchard jam, with one royal expert warning: “This is getting very serious.”
Last month, the Duchess of Sussex launched her new lifestyle brand and recently sent out the business venture’s first product to influencers – a luxury jar of strawberry jam.
Only 50 jars of the product were made available with the first batch sent to a range of influencers, but royal expert Michael Cole has warned this new product needs to be a responding success for Meghan, telling GB News: “This is getting very serious. She’s got to make money.”
But Cole believes Meghan could command a three-figure price tag for the jam by pursuing one lucrative supermarket.
He explained: “There’s a celebrity supermarket called Erewhon which is nowhere back to front and they sell jars of honey that have been made by the bees owned by celebrities for up to £200 ($250) a jar.”
