Man Utd star Marcus Rashford speaks out after crashing £700k Rolls Royce

Marcus Rashford has broken his silence after being involved in a worrying car crash near Manchester United’s Carrington training ground on Saturday night. The United star was on his way home after the crucial 1-0 win against Burnley at Turf Moor when he drove his £700,000 Rolls Royce into a traffic island.

Rashford had just left Carrington after United’s team coach dropped players off to collect their cars and go home after a good night’s work in Lancashire.

But he was reportedly involved in a crash with a female motorist shortly after, steering his luxury white vehicle into a pole on a traffic island.

Footage in the aftermath showed Rashford’s Rolls Royce heavily dented, leaving Carrington Spur littered with debris.

The 25-year-old and the other driver were left unharmed, though, and he spoke out about the incident on Sunday afternoon.

Rashford took to Instagram to react to United’s win and confirm that he was in good condition after the scare.

“Three points on the road! I’m alright, guys, thanks for the messages,” Rashford wrote to his 16.6 million followers.
