A major incident has been declared near Everton FC’s new stadium after workers were told to evacuate the site.
Police swarmed over the site at Bramley Moore Dock as builders were told to leave the site at around 12.30pm on August 14 after reports of a serious incident.
The Liverpool Echo reported that road and air ambulances both attended the scene shortly after the incident was reported.
The North West Ambulance Service has confirmed a patient was taken to hospital from the site and the police remain in attendance.
