There is traffic chaos on a major UK motorway this evening after a car burst into flames during rush hour.
Emergency services have rushed to the scene on the M60 in Greater Manchester, between Junctions 17 and 18. There are huge queues and severe delays as a result of the ongoing incident, while firefighters have rushed to the scene.
It is not yet known whether there have been any injuries as a result of the blaze.
National Highways confirmed that two lanes remain closed along the busy route, the MEN reports.
