Traffic is currently being held after a serious incident on the M4. It happened at around 2.30pm on Monday between junction 36 for the A4061 near Bridgend and Sarn and junction 37 near Pyle and Porthcawl. All traffic is currently being held which has caused long tailbacks according to traffic information service Inrix. The road is closed from junction 35 to 37 in both directions. Traffic Wales advised drivers to find alternative routes while the road is expected to be shut for several hours.
