Luke Littler employs social media specialists after online abuse became 'very bad'

“The first day I let it get to me a lot,” Milburn said in the same interview. “But you learn that as long as the pair of you are happy, that’s all that matters. The people that matter most are supportive of us.”

Littler’s excellent form has continued since his incredible run to the final at the World Championship, where he was beaten by Luke Humphries in the final at Alexandra Palace. He received £200,000 in prize money at the tournament and became a household name.

Two weeks later, Littler beat Michael van Gerwen in the Bahrain Masters final. He then reached the final of the Dutch Masters, but was beaten by the experienced Van Gerwen.
