The Labour conference was plunged into chaos minutes before Angela Rayner’s speech today as a delegate stormed the main stage.
The man attempted to address the packed audience from the lectern but the microphone was not switched off.
He was bundled off the stage by two members of the security team.
The chaotic moment came shortly before the deputy Labour leader officially opened the conference.
