King Charles's unlikely new home that's a £465k bungalow

It was purchased for £465,000 from the Royal Family’s Coutts bank account, according to the Mail.

A few weeks before her move, the former aide posted a photo of her Windsor garden on Instagram and wrote: “Getting ready to say goodbye. I am moving at last to my new home which I will be able to call My Home at last.”

Last month, the former aide gave us a glimpse of the hills surrounding her estate with a new snap on Instagram.

It is understood that the property will revert to the Crown when Ms Kelly dies.

Meanwhile, part of Ms Kelly’s deal is reportedly to not ever share any royal secrets with a non-disclosure agreement stating that she is banned from using the words ‘King’ and ‘Palace’ for commercial purposes.

Ms Kelly, originally from Liverpool, formed a close relationship with the late Queen as her “right-hand woman” over the years. They originally met in 1992.

Since then, she has published two books about working Queen Elizabeth – Dressing the Queen: The Jubilee Wardrobe, published in 2012 and The Other Side of the Coin: The Queen, the Dresser and the Wardrobe, published in 2019.
