King Charles will fly to Dubai in the Middle East to attend the Opening Ceremony of the World Climate Action Summit at COP28.
He will attend the environmental conference from November 30 to December 1, having been invited by His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and deliver an opening address.
