King Charles wants no part of Prince Harry's 'circus' as expert pinpoints huge problem

He told The Sun: “People think if Harry rolls into town there’s going to be some sort of reconciliation.

“But you’re going to realise there’s been a lot of water under the bridge, a lot of portrayal of trust.

“That takes time to rebuild, to rebuild, and I don’t think we’re anywhere near the stage of rebuilding trust.

Jobson added: “Harry effectively took it by himself to come see his dad when he said that he had been diagnosed with cancer that would be seen by as many as a good thing.

“But at the time I think the King didn’t want all the media circus that would accompany Harry’s arrival.”

Harry was last in the UK in February when he rushed back to his home country to visit his father after the Monarch’s cancer diagnosis was made public.

Appearing on Good Morning America, the Duke proudly declared “I love my family” before explaining the events leading up to his decision to rush back to the UK the week before.

He said: “I jumped on a plane and went to go see him [the King] as soon as I could. I love my family. The fact that I was able to get on a plane and go and see him and spend any time with him, I’m grateful for that.”

Harry added that he hoped to see Charles again soon, saying: “I’ve got other trips planned that will take me through the UK, or back to the UK, and so I’ll stop in and see my family as much as I can.”
