King Charles busied himself by holding three private audiences at Buckingham Palace on Thursday.
His wife meanwhile is undertaking a two-day trip to Northern Ireland, where she issued a brief update on the King’s health and said: “He’s doing very well.”
Charles welcomed Mr. Mbelwa Kairuki and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Commission as High Commissioner for the United Republic of Tanzania in London.
The King also received Mr. Ng Teck Hean when he presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Commission as High Commissioner for the Republic of Singapore in London.
Mrs Mok Ling Ling was also received by His Majesty.
