Kate Middleton is a superhero as she shows support to the Dadvengers

The delighted mother-of-three, 41, met members of the fathers support group and joined them on a Dad Walk from a child-friendly pub to the local park.

She heard about the help they give to one another through the Dadvengers network, aiding them to look after their own wellbeing as well as supporting their families.

Speaking to CBeebies host Nigel Clarke, who founded the group in 2019, she said: “I think the thing is raising the importance of family time and the role dads are playing in raising kids.”

The group met at the Arnos Arms in North London, where Kate sat with more than a dozen fathers and their toddlers.

Nigel said: “Fathers have a hugely significant role to play in their children’s lives, right from the start…Dadvengers is on a mission to support them to do that in ways that work for them.”

The visit marked part of Kate’s Shaping Us campaign, launched in January, which is designed to influence attitudes about the unique importance of the first five years of a child’s life and the impact they have on adulthood.
