Just Stop Oil has abandoned actual roads to pose for pictures next to a stationary DeLorean in a Selfridges. According to the protest group, six of the supporters taking part in their “Dads March” supporters were arrested in the London shop.
This morning, nine dads wearing the notable orange vests and carrying placards marched through the store. They were met by security guards who removed the dads from the store.
Elsewhere, protesters set out onto the streets of London and disrupted traffic with another slow march, the Metropolitan Police confirmed.
At around 11.08 am, section 12 was issued to move protesters out of the middle of the road in Great Smithfield Street. The protesters complied immediately and within a minute the road was cleared.
