The Daily Express US has reached out to the White House for comment.
Earlier this month, doctors called on Biden to take a mental competency test after the President was told he wouldn’t face charges for retaining classified documents because a jury would see him as a “well-meaning elderly man with poor memory.”
Dr Stuart Fischer, a primary care physician at a nursing home in the Bronx, told The New York Post: “Something isn’t right, and even if it’s minor, it must be explained to the public.
“The horse is out of the barn. Not only does [Biden] have an infirmity of some degree, but he has delayed producing objective evidence.”
