'Increasingly concerned' police launch urgent appeal after mother and four children vanish


Police are desperately searching for a mother-of-four who went missing Thursday morning with her family. Officers have said they are becoming “increasingly concerned” about the wellbeing of Allana, 43, and her children from Walkden, Salford. The family was last seen on Thursday morning on High Street in Rhyl, Wales, just after 8am, Manchester Evening News reported.

Concerned police have urged the public to come forward with any information to help the search.

Allana is described by police as a white female, approximately 5ft 8, medium build.

The 43-year-old has shoulder length brown hair and was last seen wearing a light coloured coat, with black leggings paired with black trainers.

Greater Manchester Police (GMP) released CCTV images of the family in Rhyl on Thursday morning, in hopes someone will be able to share vital information with the force.

In a statement, GMP said: “Can you help police find a missing woman and her four children from Salford?

“Allana, 43, from Walkden, was last seen on High Street in Rhyl on Thursday 30 March 2023 at 8.05am (pictured).

“Allana is described as a white female, approximately 5ft 8, medium build, with shoulder length brown hair.

“She was last seen wearing a light coloured coat, with black leggings and black trainers.

“Officers are becoming increasingly concerned about Allana and her family and want to make sure they are safe and well.”

The police went on to urge anyone with information about Allana’s whereabouts to contact them on 0161 856 5207 or via 101.
