Meghan said: “At dinner, I was sat next to H’s grandfather and I just thought it was so wonderful … We chatted and it was so great and I talked about this and talked about this.
“[Harry] was like, ‘You had [his] bad ear. He couldn’t hear anything you were saying.'”
It comes as recent reports suggested the Duke and Duchess of Sussex would be open and accept a Christmas invite to Sandringham this year, in an attempt to mend the rift with the Royal Family.
The pair have been estranged from the Firm ever since they stepped down as working royals in 2020.
A source told the Sunday Times: “Can’t imagine the Sussexes would decline an invitation to spend time with His Majesty. As of yet, there have not been any invitations for the holidays.”
