Horrific moment 'Hamas terrorists ambush dad's car as he drove to pick his daughter up'

This is the horrifying moment Hamas terrorists wielding guns appear to ambush a car and shoot the driver dead during the October 7 attacks in Israel.

An Israeli civilian, identified as “Rudy”, was reportedly ambushed and fatally shot by Hamas terrorists while picking up his daughter on the side of the road on October 7.

A video footage captured the heart-wrenching moments when Rudy became a victim of the ongoing hostilities between Israel and Hamas.

According to Israeli activist Yoseph Haddad on X, as Rudy attempted to carry out a routine act – picking up his daughter – the situation quickly escalated as terrorists attacked him on the side of the road, leaving him fatally wounded.

Dashcam footage from the incident was shared as Israel’s military continues to advance further south into Gaza.

The Israeli military, in its pursuit to eliminate Hamas rulers in the enclave, has called for more evacuations in the southern region.

The conflict has already claimed the lives of over 15,000 Palestinians and displaced a staggering three-fourths of Gaza’s 2.3 million residents, who are struggling to find safe havens.

According to the Gaza Health Ministry, the death toll in the territory has now exceeded 15,890 since October 7, with over 41,000 reported injuries.

The ministry does not distinguish between civilian and combatant casualties, but it notes that 70 per cent of the deceased are women and children. Israel insists on targeting Hamas operatives and attributes civilian casualties to the militants, accusing them of operating within residential neighbourhoods.

The United States, Qatar, and Egypt, previously involved in mediating a cease-fire, expressed intentions to work on a longer truce. However, these hopes have dwindled after Israel recalled its negotiators over the weekend. Hamas has asserted that discussions on releasing hostages, seized by militants on October 7, must be linked to a permanent ceasefire.
