Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s popularity is at an all-time low on both sides of the Atlantic but the picture might be even “worse” in the US, claimed Megyn Kelly. The US TV host cited the latest polling, which points to dwindling support for the Sussexes. “Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s approval ratings have gone through the floor over the last couple of months,” Megyn told Sky News Australia.
She continued: “They have gone down even lower in America and the UK. She’s [Meghan] even lower than he is. Meghan’s are as low as they come.
“They haven’t even been doing anything for the most part these last few weeks with these numbers going down. It’s the same or worse here in the United States.”
Megyn’s comments come days after TalkTV’s Piers Morgan claimed Americans are turning their back on the young couple.
On Wednesday’s instalment of Piers Morgan: Uncensored, the 57-year-old broadcaster sparred with his TalkTV guest, Fox News host and lawyer Geraldo Rivera over the Sussexes’ appeal stateside.

To support his argument, Piers showed viewers a clip from American comedian Chris Rock’s Netflix standup special where he mocked Meghan Markle and also showed a clip from South Park’s parody of the Sussexes.
As he laughed at the clips, Piers said: “You and I know when America turns that way and turns you into a laughing stock, the game’s up isn’t it?”
However, Geraldo replied: “I may be a minority of one here but I do still believe Harry has considerable goodwill.”
Polls suggest Geraldo is indeed the minority. A Newsweek poll conducted on 19 February showed that Harry was disliked by 42 percent of Americans, compared to 32 percent who said they liked him.
That is a drop of three points since Redfield & Wilton last asked 2,000 eligible US voters what they thought of the couple.
Polling on January 16, six days after the release of his tell-all memoir, Spare, put Harry at -7.
And he has now dropped 48 points since December 5 when polling by Redfield & Wilton for Newsweek put him on +38.
Meghan was liked by 27 percent of Americans and disliked by 44 percent giving her a net rating -17 in our latest February 19 figures.

That represents a drop of four points since January 16, when she was on -13, and of 40 points since December 5 when she was on +23.
The couple are not faring much better in the UK, with approval ratings sliding further into negative numbers following their recent projects, recent polling suggests.
According to Newsweek polling undertaken in Britain on March 1 by strategists Redfield & Wilton, Harry’s net approval rating has dropped 37 points since November to -22.
Meghan’s has also dropped 31 points leaving her with an approval rating of -33.
The Sussexes have had a rough ride following the release of Harry’s memoir and the rounds of interviews he did to promote the book.
In his book, Harry makes a number of bombshell claims about other members of the royal family, detailing at one point his physical altercation with his brother, Prince William.
The Duke also takes aim at his stepmother and father’s wife, Queen Consort Camilla.
Harry claimed his stepmother posed a danger because of the need to “rehabilitate her image” after being referred to as “the third person” in Princess Diana’s marriage to King Charles.
